ABOUT
Since college, I’ve managed to master the skill of connecting with people and, more importantly, obtaining results. With the help of an awesome mentor, I was introduced to the world of recruiting early in my career. She was convinced that I could influence anyone to buy what I was selling. Equipped with my talents, I began recruiting top candidates to major corporations. For 15 years I climbed the ranks in Human Resources from entry-level recruiter to Vice President of Affirmative Action & Diversity.
Through the years, I’ve made a few professional transitions – some were pleasant and others not so much. All in all, the one thing I would never change is the lessons I’ve learned from my experiences. At a young age, my father taught me to have no enemies and always work for the best of both sides. This enables everyone to win! I still live by that mantra and it has positioned me to partner with and establish some of the greatest relationships ever. In my spare time, I motivate children to tap into their greatest asset: CREATIVITY! I have a beautiful daughter with me in Atlanta and I wouldn’t change a thing about my life.

I began my career in the mortgage industry at the beginning of April 2021. While I’m new to the industry, I have spent the last nine years as a real estate agent where I’ve won several Million Dollar Club awards. My background gives me a unique knowledge of both sides of the mortgage process. I love helping my clients with their loans from the application process all the way to the closing table. When someone works with me to originate their mortgage loan, they can expect both responsiveness and dependability. I take my job seriously and have immense care and concern for my clients. I will always go the extra step to make sure the process is as smooth as possible for them.
In my free time, I love reading and traveling. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. Together, we love playing with our dog, Buddy, and are huge Atlanta Braves fans!
OUR LOAN PROGRAMS
Conventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as a 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
VA
Veterans and active-duty military may qualify for 100% financing (0% down payment) with no monthly mortgage insurance through the VA loan program.
Construction-Permanent Loan
With as little as 10% down, we can help you build a new home or renovate/improve an existing one. Our Construction-Permanent program streamlines your experience with only one closing for both the construction and permanent phases of your loan.
